COMMERCIAL
New Construction
Building a new commercial space demands flawless execution from the ground up. We leads with:
-
Integrated Design Collaboration
We partner early with architects and general contractors to align electrical layouts, lighting schemes, and low-voltage systems—streamlining coordination and reducing costly revisions.
-
Code-Driven Quality Control
Our team enforces strict adherence to Ontario’s electrical standards, using detailed checklists and pre-scheduled ESA inspections to guarantee every conduit, panel, and fixture meets or exceeds requirements.
-
Future-Proof Infrastructure
Anticipating growth, we size feeders, panels, and data pathways for tomorrow’s demands—whether you’re planning tenant expansion, high-density computing, or EV fleet charging.

INDUSTRIAL
New Construction
Building new industrial facilities demands precision, coordination, and code compliance. We leads the way by:
-
Integrated Design & Planning
We partner with your engineering and project teams from day one—reviewing P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and vendor specs—to craft power distribution, lighting, and control schematics that fit your production flow.
-
Turnkey Installation
From switchgear and MCCs to conduit runs and cable trays, our licensed electricians execute every phase under strict ESA protocols, ensuring seamless energization on schedule.
-
Quality Assurance & Commissioning
After installation, we perform infrared thermography, insulation resistance tests, and meggering to validate every connection. Detailed commissioning reports guarantee your new system meets performance and safety targets.

MAINTENANCE
Preventive
Routine tasks aimed at detecting and resolving minor issues before they escalate:
-
Visual Inspection: Examine panels, conduits, and devices for signs of wear, corrosion, or loose connections.
-
Circuit Breaker Testing: Inspect and test breakers for proper trip operation, ensuring overload protection remains effective.
-
Outlet and Switch Testing: Verify correct wiring, grounding, and polarity at receptacles and switches to prevent shocks and malfunctions.
-
Cleaning & Tightening: Remove dust from components and tighten terminal connections to maintain conductivity and prevent overheating.
-
Grounding System Checks: Test grounding electrodes and bonding conductors to confirm a low-impedance path for fault currents.

GREEN ENERGY
EV Charger
EV chargers are categorized into three main levels based on voltage, current, and power delivery. Level 1 uses a standard 120 V outlet and is ideal for overnight home charging. Level 2 operates at 208 – 240 V and serves both residential (faster home charging) and light commercial (apartments, workplaces) needs. Level 3 (DC Fast Charging) bypasses onboard converters to deliver 50 – 350 kW via 400 – 800 V DC, making it suitable for high-turnover commercial and public charging stations.

GENERATOR
Residential Backup Power
-
Site Evaluation & Sizing
Assess your home’s service capacity and critical loads to recommend the right generator size—ensuring seamless backup for essentials like HVAC, lighting, and kitchen circuits. -
Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Installation
Install and wire a code-compliant ATS that senses utility loss and engages your generator instantly—no manual intervention required. -
Standby Generator Setup
Hard-wire a natural gas or propane standby unit into your main panel, complete with grounding, surge protection, and CSA-approved clearances for safe, permanent operation. -
Commissioning & Maintenance
Perform full system testing—transfer operation, load transfer, and fuel system checks—then schedule annual service visits to keep your backup power ready whenever you need it.
